Was going there tonight, the night before my birthday, with some friends. My friends got there about 15 maybe 20 minutes before us and were able to get in. When we arrived and were walking to the front door, the lady who I'm guessing is the manager walked out to tell us they already made last call even though the sign and the website says they were open until 12 which was in almost another 2 hours. We texted our friends inside to let them know we couldn't get in cause they had already made last call. Came in for a solo dinner at the bar. There were 3 floating bartenders but service was a little slower so don’t be in a hurry. First time I’ve seen a server vape behind the bar during dinner time.Definitely upscale decor for Little Rock but turns “clubby” at 8pm. This location is hit or miss. Either the food isnt good but the drinks are awesome, or the food is awesome and the drinks are terrible. This particular visit, food GREAT, drinks sucked, and we went for happy hour, specifically for the drinks this time. One of the saving graces was our waitress, Kellie. She was AWESOME! Very attentive! The other saving grace is that there just so happened to be live music!
it was very loud in there when I arrived. lots of obscenities and then the cops came. when I asked for the bill I was just quoted a number verbally. I questioned the amount then he reduced it. I want a physical receipt to view. I will not go there again until that place makes big changes. I did NOT feel safe Book a table now
I’ve been at bar louie twice since l moved to north Little Rock during the weekend, drinks need a little bit of work. Food is really good, our waitress Kellie did a 20/10 job is she is your waitress please make sure to tip her good she does an outstanding service job and we appreciate that.
Not as good as the location in West Little Rock. We were u pleasantly surprised with subpar food, bad-mixed high priced drinks ?, and horrid service even tho they weren't busy at all. I can see why.Kid-friendliness: I would never bring a child to this location.
New place I’m from out of town it was kind of late and everywhere else was closing I’m glad I picked this place great environment, friendly staff, fast
