I have visited 100 restaurants in W.N.Y and I don't know how, but I have never visited this location and now I regret it absolutely . from the moment we went in me, I had a very happy feeling. I went to this restaurant with my partner, who had already left a review before me. He had raved about it all night, so I agreed to go with him the next day (he had gone on Friday and it was now Saturday). It was my first time at the restaurant and as soon as I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff. It was a great feeling to see everyone smiling. Debbie and her sister have such kind souls that I felt like a better person after meeting them. Their food is to die for. The potato salad was unbelievably good, as were the homemade fries and onion rings. And the pork sandwich was amazing! I was so impressed and full that I couldn't even think about dessert. I never expected to give such a low rating here, but I attribute it to the new owner. We witnessed an employee eating while preparing food! Our order was incorrect. I don't like that you can't place your order until you reach the register, but I appreciated that they started preparing our order right away when we walked in. Some of the employees were rude. The food quality has declined. Unfortunately, I have to end my tradition of eating here. Overall, the service was a 2, the atmosphere was a 2, and the food was a 1. The price per person for lunch is $10-20.
Louie's is the best! I love dining at Louie's - the food is always excellent. I especially enjoy their freshly cut fries and wood charcoal broiled hot dogs and burgers. I recently tried one of their veggie burgers and it was fantastic. Everything I have ever tried at Louie's has been great, and I have been coming here for 30 years. Keep up the good work!
