Terrible experience from A to ZWaitress shows up with no drinks or food menusWaited 25 minutes before receiving a mojito which had NOTHING to do with what you would expect…returned the drinks and ordered half liter of white wine…served warm! Asked for an ice bucket …arrived 15 min later…we’ve already been there for more than one hour and still no menus in place…asked for some bread, it came dry and with small butter cup which had butter that had previously melted and had somewhat reformed ….ordered food…pasta of the day and fish of the day….ok but nothing to give it a special rating….the service was extremely slow or inadequate…..waitress confirmed she was new and so many things haven’t been...

The service was good, but the food was absolutely terrible. I strongly advise against dining here. We visited for a group dinner, and I ended up paying $150 for two people, without drinks or dessert. The calamari was not only overcooked but also tasted freezer burnt, and the chicken parmigiana cost $41 for a tiny piece of chicken and pasta that looked like it had been sitting out for too long. Best restaurant in Laval. Has so many options for the entire family. They have vegan options and were really careful with family members who had allergies.Food is amazing, restaurant is extremely clean, staff is friendly and kind, but best of all are the owners. They work alongside their employees every day and they truly care.They even have a beautiful terrace in the summer (one comment below mentioned seeing an ant under the table...which is completely normal when eating outdoors!)Whether you're looking for a romantic night out or a family celebration, this is the place to be. We were a party of two and arrived on time. It took at least five minutes for anyone to notice that we wanted to be seated. The restaurant was quite busy, and the tables were closely packed together. The food was well-prepared and very tasty. Our server had a lot of tables to attend to, which caused a delay in receiving our meals. While the food was delicious, the wait time was less than ideal.
We enjoyed the all-you-can-eat tartare night for $28, which was a fantastic value for the price. Everything was excellent! However, we encountered an issue with the online reservation system, as the restaurant did not have our reservation on file, even though we received a confirmation email.
The food, atmosphere, and waitress were fantastic! Although the service was quite slow, the restaurant made up for it by offering complimentary drinks.
