Asked for an ice bucket …arrived 15 min later…we’ve already been there for more than one hour and still no menus in place…asked for some bread, it came dry and with small butter cup which had butter that had previously melted and had somewhat reformed ….ordered food…pasta of the day and fish of the day….ok but nothing to give it a special rating….the service was extremely slow or inadequate…..waitress confirmed she was new and so many things haven’t been...

The service was good, but the food was absolutely terrible. I strongly advise against dining here. We visited for a group dinner, and I ended up paying $150 for two people, without drinks or dessert. The calamari was not only overcooked but also tasted freezer burnt, and the chicken parmigiana cost $41 for a tiny piece of chicken and pasta that looked like it had been sitting out for too long. I've had better meals in a cafeteria. While the waitstaff were friendly, everyone in our group felt the same way about the food. Best restaurant in Laval. Has so many options for the entire family. They have vegan options and were really careful with family members who had allergies.Food is amazing, restaurant is extremely clean, staff is friendly and kind, but best of all are the owners. They work alongside their employees every day and they truly care.They even have a beautiful terrace in the summer (one comment below mentioned seeing an ant under the table...which is completely normal when eating outdoors!)Whether you're looking for a romantic night out or a family celebration, this is the place to be.

First, eventhough we had reserved on your site, they didn’t have it. By chance they still had a table free BUT it is not the best way to start an evening!! Second, I didn’t received the right pasta plate I ordered. Because everybody at the table was already served and because service was slow, I decided to keep it... I didn’t want my friends to wait for me and eat a cold dinner. The food was ok not much! I was expecting a little more. Overall I am not recommending this restaurant!
We were a party of two and arrived on time. It took at least five minutes for anyone to notice we were waiting to be seated. The restaurant was quite busy, and the seating was cramped. The food was well-prepared and absolutely delicious. However, our server was overwhelmed with numerous tables, which resulted in a long wait for our food. While the food was fantastic, the overall waiting experience could have been better.
We enjoyed the tartar "all-you-can-eat" option for $28, which was a great value for the quality. It was excellent! We definitely want to return. However, we encountered an issue with the online booking system, as the restaurant didn’t have our reservation, even though we received confirmation via email.
The food, atmosphere, and waitress were fantastic! Although the service was quite slow, the restaurant made up for it by offering complimentary drinks.

The food was good, but is it really worth waiting an hour and a half for dinner when the restaurant was empty? Absolutely not. I'm very disappointed.
