the citizen consisted of (cheapy-acting) TK-Patties, the ribbed barely removed from the bone, the fresh pommes were very pappy and the beer unfortunately peeled. the conditions took very long until they noticed us and even longer until we could finally order. Unfortunately, an operation was also very unfriendly and regularly cleaned the tables were not. we were very happy with American cuisine, but were really disappointed!
You can come for some average good food. One burger was uneatable spicy hot. I reported it to the waitress and she just snorted and left. Afterwards she got our order wrong and instead of correcting it she said it was our fault. Apparently there...is no manager to control the employees or to complain to. We will definitely not come back!
we visited the restaurant during the Christmas fair. the restaurant has a nice atmosphere, nice staff and good eating. within a very reasonable time we received our orders and enjoyed our eating in a beautiful atmosphere.
Doesnt have the same menu as the Dusseldorf one. I drove 80 kms for the beef ribs bwhen I came here ty hey said they don't have it. What's the point in having a franchise with all different menus? Book a table now
The food was OK, but the service was really good. We chose it because it was one of the few open restaurants earlier during the day and no waiting line. Don't think we'll go back.
