The restaurant is now called Anema e Core. We were a short trip to St. Balsien and chose this restaurant because of its fantastic location. We sat outside on the terrace, there were some other tables occupied, but it wasn't full. After almost 10 minutes a waiter came and asked if we had already ordered. No, we've been ignored so far! After ordering pizza Funghi and band noodles with mushrooms, my pizza came enormously fast. This led to great presumption at the neighboring table because these guests have waited for their food for an hour. It's obvious they're crazy when other people get their food. I waited a time to see if the pasta came from my husband, after all we wanted to eat together....
I was here again for dinner, was always satisfied, but today I didn't do that at all, had ordered a salad plate with shrimps, also looked very good as it came, but when I looked closer I saw that the intestine was partially not removed cleanly, so I gave it back in hope that for the second time everything would be okay, unfortunately my hopes were already made to the first shrimps and when I had listened to the shrimps.
It is nice that St.Blasien has again a restaurant, in the style, location, service, map and above all the quality of food offers a level for which you do not have to be ashamed with guests. After several visits, satisfaction takes and it would be a real profit for our city, other companies would align themselves on it.
We were only there for cocktails, so I can't rate the food. Drinks were a good mix, staff friendly, maybe a bit sleepy ... all in all it was a nice evening
