Our handbag was stolen while we were dining at Old Queen Street Cafe. It contained passports, phones, bank cards, cash and other important belongings. The police attended the restaurant, but did not personally review the CCTV and appeared to rely only on a member of staff saying that the people involved could not be seen clearly. There were fewer than ten customers in the restaurant at the time. We were extremely disappointed with the way the incident was handled by both the restaurant and the police.
