Eat at the Lounges quite a bit as they have a separate vegan menu with lots of choice. Their AB's veggie sausage (which is vegan! is absolutely the best tasting vegan sausage EVER!! If you're looking for a huge fry up, Lounges are definitely the place to go. However, my experience at Portivo Lounge was awful, most of the breakfast was luke warm at best. The server offered to take it back but as my partner has started eating his I declined. They made a half arsed attempt to offer a free drink in recompense but I had a train to catch, so had to decline. So the server just walked off! Won't ever go here again.
My spouse and I had a great dining experience at Portivo Lounge. The menu offers a wide variety of options, including a separate menu for vegans, and the staff was very attentive. We decided to try the vegan beyond cheese burger, even though my wife, who is a vegetarian, typically does not enjoy vegan cheese. To our surprise, the food was delicious and the vegan cheese was the best we've ever had. Ordering was convenient through their website and our food was promptly delivered. Our overall experience was positive and we would definitely recommend this restaurant.
worth a visit. the burger was very tasty, like the chips. my wife, who is incompatibility with milk, was well looked after. the personal was very attentive and made sure that the intolerance of the chefs was taken to knowledge. she had a burger with a sourded roll. great atmosphere with fantastic staff. very tasty eating at a very good price. they also serve bath ales dark side on the caught that is a huge bonus. will definitely return.
Very nice restaurant in a lovely area of Gloucester. Food was tasty. I ordered vegan hotdog and it was massive. My partner ordered a burger and the size was not too big small portion for himself to be fair! We had guacamole as tapa and was nice too. Came here with a meat eater and gluten free friend. It was great the Lounge had a separate GF and Vegan menu we all managed to get a great tasting meal. I loved the smashed avo on ciabatta with some button mushrooms, vegan bacon and falafel. Tasted scrummy. Updated from previous review on 2024 03 03
I had the smoked haddock fish cake. It was gorgeous but I feel it needed fries to make it a more substantial meal for the price being charged. I will definitely return because of the vegan menu for my sister and because the staff were really friendly and relaxed.
Separate, varied vegan menu given on arrival. Good staff. Bustling atmosphere on a Saturday lunchtime. A fair 3 stars because I feel a very good 4 star review is not appropriate for a non-vegan business.

I had the falafel burger with fries (Vegan) and really enjoyed it. The staff were friendly. I chose to eat there because of their Vegan menu. I was not disappointed. I will definitely return.
