Lou's LaGrotto is an institution. It's been in business for longer than I've been alive and when you eat there it is obvious why. Italian food is the fare. Pizza is the obvious choice. I ordered a Hawaiian I know, I know pineapple doesn't go on pizza) thin crust. The dough along with most of the bread seems to be made in house. The crust was thin and crisp with a great flavor. The toppings were what you would expect. The grated parm on the table was clearly grated in house. The day I went, I showed up with 25 people, I'm sure they weren't too excited but they accommodated us and served us in a timely manner. Great food, great service, good prices. If you're in the area, stop in and get a pie...
