How is this place now my favourite cafe in the CBD?! What a turnaround!
I finally decided to revisit the other day, which happened to coincide with not only their doing away with the annoying af minimum eftpos policy but the introduction of several new hot beverages including matcha, red espresso and turmeric latte, JOY! Dairy free will cost you $5.50 but between 2-3 pm you have the chance to toss a coin and get it for free. Super friendly staff working there at the moment, and the usual yummy food on display including daily changing muffins, banana etc bread, chia/granola pots, raw desserts, yogurt and fruit pots, etc etc. I have been returning at least once daily since and can't get...
So...it's been a while.
As far as anything in Perth is my local, LouVe is it. Have consumed more coffees here than I have the rest of the CBD put together!
And the most endearing quality of this place is that no matter how busy they get (and the words frantic, manic, chaotic, spring to mind) the brew they produce is always consistently good.
I must confess that it is not the absolute best coffee in Perth, but you always know what you are going to get, and it is always pretty good. On the basis of that alone they get a good score.

My review is for the coffee only. I love the coffee here. I gave coffee here nearly every morning. I occasionally come here in the afternoon to play the flip the coin game just for the fun of it (I have terrible luck). The ladies are nice to me, the dude I don't get along with but I can live with that. The muffins are very dry. Burnt once and never tried it again. Bit of a pain coming here for coffee and trying to find a muffin somewhere else.
This is a great lunch venue for a simple bite and a good coffee. The food is fresh, tasty the staff really nice. The spacious seating is superb and comfortable. A well known spot for an informal meeting or a good chat with friends. Worth a try for sure if you are out that way.
Sometimes you wish coffee bars had a line for people just wanting a coffee for themselves !
While the coffee is good I hate waiting 20mins while they pump out 8 orders of "1/4 this...." And "3/4 of that topped up" for one person to take back for their colleagues.
Good coffee, no great coffee!! They use their special blend Fiori beans. Service is nice, plenty of seating in the building lobby. Nice buzz to the place. Love the concept of "coin toss free coffee" between 2-3pm.

Without fail one of the best places for coffee in Perth CBD, really enjoy the service too- it brightens my morning! I go quite frequently and the service and coffee is always consistent, smooth and delicious :)
Coffee - Louve coffee has good flavour and even with skim milk they still make it creamy and yum.
Overall: sometimes there are hits and misses but generally good coffee
