First, this pizza is absolutely delicious and the ingredients are fresh and top notch. I'm addicted to the Paleo Veggie pizza, even paleo for my diet. Last night I called in a pickup order, a paleo pizza and a pepperoni pizza for my husband and son. They told me they were from the vegan cheese for my pizza and had it the next day. I was so disappointed, but said they could make it anyway, cheeseless, and I would use my own vegan cheese at home because the rest is so delicious. To my surprise when my son came back with the pizzas, my was covered with the vegan cheese - one of the employees had run out on a local market and bought the same cheese brand they only use to make my pizza! Now this...
Lovebug Pizza is right next to a Starbucks that I frequent, so I chanced on it the day it opened. I have celiac, so I have only tried their gluten-free and grain-free crusts. Gluten free bread is generally disgusting, so my expectations were low. Lovebug's version of gluten-free was a very pleasant surprise: it is actually quite good. We order from Lovebug every couple of weeks and quality has been consistent.
My husband and I are out of town and too tired to eat. We thought we'd order a pizza. And boy I'm glad we made it! It was amazing and delicious and everything wonderful!
