Sowohl die Brötchen als auch die Möglichkeiten sich einen Burger selber zusammenzustellen mit Avocado Schafskäse etc hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Einzig das Fleisch war heute etwas zu fest gepresst und daher etwas trocken. Was ich aber super gut fand war das die Chefin des Abends sehr daran interessiert war Kritik zu hören und diese auch ganz arg positiv aufgenommen hat. the restaurant is really beautiful and elaborately decorated in American style. the burgers taste super tasty, I tried the lowcarb and the nocarb rolls. the Chia bread is very firm, but crispy also tastes. my absolute favorit are the black-rooted pools with cheese baked, reminded of nudelauf. the sweet potato chips also taste great, better than I know from elsewhere. any late delivery was compensated for with a free dessert.

the burgers were excellent. I had a vegetarian option that made the owner of cratzern. she even let me try out her other creations. the people I was with who had regular burgers also said it was great. no ruffle place with good food. very good service. they go. they will not be disappointed.
