This is the only restaurant in Victoria that serves authentic Jewish cuisine. They make everything homemade, from chicken soup with Matzo Balls to cheese blintzes, potato knishes, and a wide selection of sandwiches, including an incredible hot pastrami sandwich. The portions are generous, the prices are affordable, and the atmosphere is relaxed and cozy. The deli is licensed and offers a selection of wine, cider, and beer, as well as soda, tea, and coffee. They also have daily specials and everything is available for takeout. Overall, the food is fantastic, the atmosphere is great, and the service is superb.

The restaurant has a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere, with delicious homemade food. It's a perfect spot for enjoying lunch with friends and family. The prices are reasonable, and the food is top-notch and flavorful. They offer a mixed dish with a variety of traditional Jewish cuisine. We tried the sampler platter, which gave us a good idea of what we enjoyed and what we didn't. We now know what to order next time we're in the area for lunch.
This restaurant is warm and inviting, with a lovely entrance where you can place your meal order before heading into the dining room. The dining area is cozy and pleasant, making you feel good about your food choice. However, our server seemed a bit unhappy. Unfortunately, when our dinners arrived, two items for two of our guests were not fresh.
This place is a hidden gem! Located in the Jewish Community Center, it's not your typical restaurant. It has a cozy vibe that reminds me of a small town in Ontario, where the community center would host bake sales and various events. The staff are very friendly and the sandwiches are delicious. I can't wait to come back and try the soup!
