We stayed at the Fairmont for a medical conference and were fortunate enough to be in Hawaii for work, but also to meet Marianne at the Luana Lounge. She’s wonderful and warms your heart and is the example of the aloha spirit that welcomes you in Hawaii. Dylan, the bartender, makes amazing drinks. Great place to enjoy a cocktail at sunset (or anytime)
the foods and drinks are delicious, but the intentions and the living Hawaiian music make this place magical. perfect place to see the tiki flashlight lighting every night for the resort.
Best Mai Tai in Hawaii. We thought Monkey Pod was 1 with passion fruit but Tais’ (bartender) Mai Tai at Luana Lounge, Fairmont Orchid is the best. You have to try it to believe it.
A good choice if you come back to your hotel later in the evening. Servers were very pleasant. Prices were not too bad, either.
