I had a terrible experience with the service at this restaurant. I ordered churros for six and when I arrived, I was informed they weren’t ready and had been given to someone else because I didn’t arrive by 5 PM. No one mentioned over the phone that I needed to pay in advance to secure my order. I've ordered from this location several times, and the customer service just keeps getting worse. While the churros are delicious, they may not be worth the hassle.
The tres leches cake is excellent when ordered in advance, and the churros are simply delicious. However, the service is a downside. It tends to be disorganized and chaotic during busy times, which leads to long wait times and issues with the order and payment process. I pass by frequently, but this lack of organization often dissuades me from stopping for a quick visit, as quick visits just aren't possible due to the lengthy wait times.

I had a cake made for my son's birthday, and it was a big hit! The cake was moist, fresh, and tasted delicious. The personnel was pleasant and helpful, making the ordering procedure simple and stress-free. For all of your cake needs, I highly recommend Lucero Bakery.
Oooooo man! I stay craving their churros!! I can never get enough of them! I'll stop at least once a week to get some for dessert! I'd go more if I didn't have to watch my diet Also got a birthday cake recently for the first time! They exceeded my expectations! Not only did it look really pretty but it tasted so good! This is a go to for cakes and churros. They do not disappoint! The tres leches cake de nuez and chocoflan are now a fam favorite. The price of the churros have increased quite a lot in past yrs though. A filled churro is now more than $3 yikes! We will keep coming back for more though.
Amazing churros and very friendly customer service. I can't wait to come back and try more things. I placed an order for 70 churros and pre-paid two days in advance. The pick-up was easy and the entire process was smooth. The churros were a huge hit!
The cakes here are excellent and beautifully decorated. My favorite is the tres leches with nuts. I’ll definitely be coming back for more birthdays in the future!
