I’m very disappointed in the lack of customer service I just received from the hostess Savannah. I called in to place a to-go order for a piece of Tiramisu and scoop of Gelato. Both of these items are already prepared, mind you. She rudely tells me they are overworked and cannot take any to go orders. Which I’ve never heard of before. I called back to ask if we could at least come in for dessert and she was extremely snarky and said they couldn’t do that that either. We have been to Luciana's many times over the years and this was across the board one of the worst restaurant experiences ever! Our server was slow and completely disinterested in our table. She had no clue how to open a bottle of wine and proceeded to pour cork into our glasses. After a long wait our meals arrived barely warm. Unfortunately we will not got back.
I ordered food to go online. Waited around for 30 minutes while the hostesses laughed and giggled. You have to go to the bartender to get your food. One of the hostesses could’ve easily grabbed my food. The poor bartender was so busy. Very inefficient system for this day and age. Needless to say my food was cold.
Never disappoints! Oscar was our waiter he was great! Gave us plenty of time to enjoy our drinks before dinner always very attentive. We enjoyed the shrimp scampi appetizer, which is to die for. My husband had linguine vongole I had Fettuccine Toscana. Both were just delicious!uu

Waitress was distracted. Talking to other employees was remiss in our timely order. Making excuses for duration of wait. All else was good. We had to ask other employees to assist us with several requests. The other staff was very responsive. Thank you.
Everything was fine. Food was good, but the service was poor. We had asked for water. We had to ask for cheese and we had to ask for the bill. We will still go back because we love the food and ambience 
Unfortunately our experience was horrible. Supposedly a new chef. Ordered a pasta dish with shrimp scallops, dish that was served to us was a dish with chicken. Caesar salad was okay. Would not recommend.
My wife and l dined for my birthday. We had a wonderful experience. Our server was very nice and attentive, and our food was exceptionally good. We had a wonderful time. Definitely will go again.

Food here is a little hit or miss. Last night it wasn't the best meal we've had here. Service was ok, we had to ask what the specials were and our server seemed uninterested really.
