Because if a restaurant can last well over 20 years in that tiny tucked-away shopping center, you KNOW they’re doing SOMETHING delicious, it’s worth it to me to confirm; here’s my story: Back in 2000 (yes, almost 25 years ago), I was regularly eating Luciano’s pizza when I lived in the area. Their calzones eggplant parm are also stellar selections, I suspect their phenomenal cheese and spice profile have a hand in this. I ordered here many times and I was super excited to bring my friend. She ordered the eggplant sandwich and it was a disaster. She asked Switch it to something else, her request was declined. Then she asked to have it removed from receipt because she barely touched it. They only offered to discount it as she literally left the food there. I felt really embarrassed to bring her here. Most restaurants will accommodate and switch it to something else but they didn’t want to do that. We went next door to chipotle after. Worst service ever, never returning to this BS.
Love the food and supporting a local business, BUT, don’t ask me for a tip when I call in a take out order! A tip for what? Making the food I just paid for. This practice of everyone having a point of sale machine that asks for a tip is out of control, I don’t need the person taking the phone order asking if I want to tip! Ridiculous. And the spaghetti with meat sauce and wedding soup was great, the service was fantastic, reasonably priced. As they should the server checked up on us a couple times after the food was delivered. There is one improvement I'd recommend they make, on the check there's a QR code to pay your bill at the table but it only works with an iPhone it will not work with Android, which doesn't make any sense since Android has a much larger market share than iPhone does nowadays.

I went to this restaurant second time. I like their vegetarian pizza. Fresh and delicious. The free rolls they serve are the best. Service is extremely good. Very polite and friendly. This time we went around 3 pm.So, it was very calm and peaceful. Ambience is special as they have so many live plants hanging to the ceiling and around the walls. The murals are very beautiful. Great Italian restaurant and so close to Oak Marr. My neighbors raved about their pizza, calzone and their homemade sausage, lasagna so I gave it a try.
