Luciano's Italian - Table reservation

I've been living in Amherst for years I decided to go here today stood up in the front for like 15 minutes it's 8:35 now you can see the text I stood up there for 15-20 minutes and they said well we stopped taking orders at 8:30 I will never spend a dime in here and I'm glad I never ever came in their poor service I bet you if I was white I wouldn't have got treated like that but there was a person in front of me that way and you took their order was it because there was white or next time do I need to come in there with a suit or with my Italian mother to get service then I call ask for manager then you hang up on me

Disappointed with my visit on Mother's day. Was looking forward to having my favorite dish Chicken Frangelico found out they would not prepare that dish today. Ended up having to order Chicken Parmesan which was dry with no sauce over the entree. The only sauce was cooked into the chicken with the cheese over it. I will not be returning on any holiday in the future

Average in terms of quality and freshness of food. One of the staff members seemed irritated, short with us and unhappy about being there. Our waitress was very pleasant and attentive though. I have cooked Italians meals at home and were definitely tastier and better quality. Setting was very nice and clean.I would not pick this restaurant for my next Italian meal

The worst service I have ever had. I get that it was busy because of Mother’s Day but the service was awful and the food was just average. I am still waiting on my water refill.

Wonderful Experience at Luciano's. Service and good was great. Best Veal I have eaten in a long time.
