The pastries, doughnuts, brioche, pizzas and meals generally are great.
But the service... what's going on Lucioli? The staff turnover seems high, it can take 10 minutes of faffing about to get one average take-away coffee when there are no other customers, and you change the hours and meal times without notice. People serving move between counters and fiddle about unnecessarily. It's inefficient to say the least. This has been an ongoing problem since opening - suggest you get independent advice on fixing your service. Such a waste of a good kitchen staff.

I'm puzzled at how Lucioli rates 3.5/5 and Nolita around the corner rates 3.6/5! Vastly different restaurants and in my opinion Lucioli is of much poorer quality, service, freshness etc etc. Menu is boring and standard. Would rather eat Grilld than dine here..

What a lovely restaurant. We arrived just before 9pm and were greeted by a lovely waiter. Fuss free ordering. Accomodating to my fussy eating requirements. Attentive service. Staff all lovely. Food was delicious. No complaints. Thank you
