Lucky Coq is one of those standout venues that everyone has seen but for me Ive never visited so thought I should tonight As we had a full hour to kill before dinner. We just lounged about on comfy chairs with a classic 80’s space invaders table between us. I had the Balter XPA while Kellie had a delicious sweet Watermelon infused vodka and lemonade. Not a bad way to kill some time in a funked our venue with plenty to look at. A relatively relaxed crowd too.
We’re currently staying in the area and have been here 5 days in a row for the amazing $5 pizza. We wrongly assumed that at this price the pizza would be very small or very basic..not we’re we wrong. The pizza base is delicious and the pizza is the best I’ve ever had with a big array of flavours. The Happy Hour beer and wine is also very good. What a find!
Lucky Coq is an establishment, for sure. <br/ Had the $4 pizzas here a few times, and they never dissapoint although the corn chip one (I forget its name) is a bit dry. <br/ <br/ Drinks are reasonably priced too, which is always nice. And the chairs are so comfy! <br/ So. Comfy.
Absolutely can not go past their $4 pizzas. They are a bit short on toppings but you really can't complain for the price. Drink prices are average. <br/ <br/ The staff are friendly. The atmosphere is great, and their upstairs gets a real dance on on a Friday and Saturday night. Book a table now
I have been venturing to Lucky Coq for years and years and really love the place. It has such a chill vibe, no obnoxiousness and always room to sit. The food is also really awesome and yum, which is epic considering the prices $4 pizzas... yes thanks)
Such a cool place with funky tunes and the pizzas are delish I’m not usually one to complain but the size of their champagne glasses are tiny! It’s like they shrunk in the wash. Not the best value for money when you’re paying $9 a glass.
Lucky Coq is such a great chilled venue for a Sunday night catch up with a mate. Great vibes the moment you move in. Heaps of seating available and staff are super healthy. It's a funky well styled venue. Great deals with $4 pizza!
$4 pizzas, I wouldn’t think it’ll be this good! I was so wrong, their servings are generous, their toppings are full of flavours and the pizza base is thick and crispy! Loved it. Book a table now
