When our food arrived, it was a big disappointment. The spare ribs were colder than our ice water, and after requesting a replacement, they just microwaved the same dish and brought it back dry and hard. The chicken dish we ordered was not fresh, and the meat had a strange taste. Even after we explained our concerns, we were still charged for the undercooked and unappetizing food. To make matters worse, when we attempted to leave, we were accused of not paying for the ribs. After a frustrating 30-minute confrontation with unfriendly staff, they finally removed the charge for the ribs but then claimed we still hadn’t paid for them. The manager was unhelpful, and in the end, we were forced to...

I have been a loyal customer at this restaurant for many years, often visiting Fuji Ya for their hibachi. However, on this occasion, we decided to try Lucky Key. I ordered the Garlic Chicken with fried rice but was quite disappointed when I noticed that the chicken had a strange odor and the rice tasted bland. When I asked for a replacement due to the smell, the manager responded in a rude manner, questioning why I ordered it if I didn't like it. Although they did take the garlic chicken off my bill, the manager's attitude was unacceptable. The waiter was friendly, but the manager's behavior was extremely discouraging. I won’t be returning to this restaurant again.

My husband and I dined at Lucky Key and had a disappointing experience with the server, who was very rude. He argued with the hostess about closing time since we arrived at 9:15 p.m., even though she informed us that they closed at 10 p.m. His behavior made us feel so uneasy that we decided to leave before placing our order. Furthermore, while we were reviewing the menu, we spotted a dead roach. Save your money and choose a different restaurant. I cannot recommend this place.

We ordered egg foo young, Chinese broccoli, and miso soup at the restaurant. The Chinese broccoli cost $8 and came in a small portion. Unfortunately, our egg foo young did not come with rice. I called to inquire about the missing rice and the portion size of the Chinese broccoli. The person on the phone continued talking over me, insisting that the rice was included in the bag. I offered to pick up the missing rice in person, but he abruptly ended the call. Book a table now

They were very friendly and polite. The wait time wasn't that bad, especially for what I did take out for which was the hibachi chicken dinner. The hibachi was good and it came with a dipping sauce that was like yum yum sauce, just a little runny. The white rice and salad that came with it was good as well, just personally not a big fan of the soup it came with. Overall, a good experience and if I'm around the area, I would try their sushi next.

I consider myself knowledgeable about authentic Chinese cuisine, and this restaurant fell short of my expectations. The service felt hurried, and we had to ask multiple times for items like tea. The food was underwhelming, with more than half of it going uneaten. The wonton soup missed key traditional ingredients and flavor. In summary, the meal was average at best and lacked taste. I wouldn't recommend spending your money here.

My friends wanted to take us to the Kobe steakhouse, but the wait was too long, so we decided to drive to Fuji Ya instead. At first, we were skeptical and worried about getting food poisoning. But I have to say, the moment I took my first bite of the hibachi dinner, my taste buds were blown away. The service was excellent, the food was incredible, and nothing compares to what I experienced at Fuji Ya. I can’t wait to go back.

This restaurant has been around for a while. Never been disappointed with the food. My most recent experience was good. The fried rice was good. The only negative thing was that I ordered my meal with shrimp and received chicken. But, when I call backthey said they would take care of it at a later time. Didn't want to drive back out there. Also, if you're looking for Hibachi, this is a great place to try. Book a table now

I appreciated the concept of having Chinese, sushi, and hibachi options all in one location. However, when we arrived, we chose to go with sushi, but our table and some of the utensils provided were dirty. Given the heightened cleaning protocols that every restaurant is expected to follow at the moment, along with the usual cleanliness standards of a sushi restaurant, this was quite disappointing.
