This place was an amazing find! The noodles were fresh, that's hard to find these days. Portions were generous. We had wor wonton soup (the small was huge), deep fried squid (pictured), beef and broccoli (pictured)and the thick noodles. I had a combo dish with pork, chicken, egg noodles and beef and broccoli. It fed 3 adults and 1 eight year old, with left overs. We enjoyed everything we tried. The staff was friendly and courteous. Highly recommend !!
We passed through on our way to Spokane and ordered some take out. After we got down the road, we realized that both meals that were ordered were bagged up with no rice of any kind. The flavor of the beef with broccoli and chicken with mixed vegetables was good thankfully but with no rice it really soured the experience for our hungry family. Be sure that rice is in your take out bag before you walk out the door. Very disappointing.
This is probably the best Canadian Chinese food I’ve had in a while. I ordered the Combo B with Chow Mein, pork, beef and vegetables. The food wasn’t soggy or too oily, the deep fried foods with crisp. It’s not legitimate Chinese food nor does it try to be. This is made for a western customer base but I’m pleasantly surprised. I’m from a traditional Chinese family so take this review however you want.
Ordered Won Ton and Chicken Rice for delivery. Wont ton was best I've had in Cranbrook, really, really good. unfortunately the rice was bland, had very little chicken in it. It was ok, not bad , not great. My only real complaint is the delivery service charges 7 dollars. In town! so I spent 29.00 on rice and a small won ton. Wont be doing that again. Book a table now
Try the Wor wonton soup and you will be very satisfied. Generally speaking, the food taste good, it is fresh and the advertise they don't use msg. They offer buffet as well.The staff is very friendly and they will help you as much as they can.The building is outdated, but it is clean. Overall, I did enjoy having dinner there.
My boyfriend is Chinese and says this is the stuff we would get back in Toronto and Vancouver. Can’t believe that Cranbrook has this wonderful gem!!! The Cantonese Chow Mein is crispy on the bottom and the stir fry was fresh and flavourful! Highly recommend this restaurant! Owner is so lovely as well!
Someone said it was the only good Chinese food place and they are so right. It is definitely the best and I absolutely loved it. Well priced and great wait staff. Portions we're huge!

They were chosen by our staff to cater to our Elders' advisory meeting and I found it to be a disappointment Their food was unappetizing in appearance, to say the least.
