We had just arrived in Schwabisch Hall and happily came across this café - there were only 3 dishes on the lunch menu so we decided to order them all and share them between the 2 of us. From what I can gather the menu is constantly changing but to give you an idea: we had a green asparagus soup, a quinoa salad with advocado and radish and lastly green polenta with fried mushrooms and potato - all 3 dishes were very yummy, fresh and well prepared. We also had some refreshing freshly squeezed fruit juices to accompany. The only slight downside is that there are no toilets on site BUT! there are some excellent public toilets just up the road. Schon seit langer Zeit haben meine Frau und ich ein solches Restaurant gesucht. Dieses kleine, aber feine Bistro bzw. Cafe bietet frisch zubereitete Mahlzeiten sowohl zum Frühstück als auch zum Mittagessen an. Es gibt frisch gepresste Säfte, eine große Auswahl an weiteren Getränken und jeden Tag einen anderen leckeren Kuchen. Man schmeckt hier die Qualität der mit viel Liebe zubereiteten Speisen. Schöner Platz für das etwas andere Frühstück. Frische Zutaten, schön angerichtet und mit Tendenz zu Bio. Leider sind manche Sachen ausverkauft, wenn man mal später dran ist - was aber für die Frische spricht.Schönes Ambiente irgendwo zwischen Student, gechillt und Großstadtfeeling.
This is the go-to spot for lunch in Schwäbisch Hall. The cooking is just brilliant, never the same thing twice, and never boring. I'm not a vegetarian, and they offer mostly vegetarian fare. However, everything I've tried is so flavor-packed that I end up feeling full and happy.
