on the way back from merseburg we were in the ludwigslust station. in front of the castle stood in large numbers vehicles of visitors, and we were glad to catch a free space in the castle café before the masses were flushed there by the incoming rain. the cards were on the tables, and so we had already decided that shortly after our arrival a service came on our table. a little later, another operation came and brought the ordered drinks and a little later cake and torte. Despite the weather-related enormous degressions, the ladies in the service were not coming out of the rest. seemingly tireless they rushed between the tables, commanded and served and always remained friendly and accommoda...
A friendly service combined with fine cake from the bakery gives you a wonderful relaxed afternoon at the castle. This is a elegant design combined with the hunting area and modern design.
A lovely cafe in the room with all the hunting trophies on the walls. Staff very friendly and service excellent. We can highly recommend the solyanka, although the cake was lovely too.
