The one marked vegan pizza is a truffles one and it was... unique (and expensive). Not for everyone. The pizza itself was quite promising with crispy dough and good ingredients, it just don't need mashed potatoes and truffles on it. The salad also wasn't that great since it lacked a sauce; you had to make your own with oil, salt and pepper no vinegar. The three types of bread you get, though, are nice and vegan according to staff, as are the three kinds of sorbet ice cream. Still you'd probably fare better ordering a normal pizza without cheese. Overall, not that great but there is currently only one real alternative in Sion.
the menu is only online and very long. a filter for vegan vegetarian eating would be great. the pizza without cheese was good and at a fair price, the salad was a bit dry (we found the sauce at the bottom of the plate when it was almost finished).
