If a restaurant does not change their online prices they should honor those prices Walked to Lupes Mexican restaurant in Vernon TX to get myself and my wife dinner, this was a 20 minute walk after walking from work which took an hour, I added up the prices from their online menu and took 31 dollars to pay for the food, when I arrived they informed me that their prices had gone up and the price was now 34 dollars, I informed them I looked at their online menu, they only said their prices went up, so I only got my wife's taco locos, if your prices go up but you don't change your online prices you should honor them
Young man was pleasant. I received the wrong burrito order. When I spoke with the manager she acted like she didn't care. I asked the price difference with the one I received vs the I wanted. She stated she didn't know. As a manager she should know the prices if not she could have found out. The lettuce topping, for burrito, was about a teaspoon full. That would not cover burrito and it would be enough for one bite. I asked for more lettuce to cover my burrito and I was charged extra. Food is overpriced and was not pleased with the manager!!
There was a dead fly in the hot sauce, I dipped it on the first chip. Let the waitress know, it stayed there, on our table until she eventually brought out another one. But it stayed sitting there a while longer, she was in no hurry to get it out of view and didn't care really enough, to apologize. The food was pretty predictable, nothing great or horrible. Flies happen, I get it. But it was hard to eat, imagining what else might be crawling or flying around in the kitchen. That kind of ruined my experience at Lupe's II.
Horrible food! Taco Bell way better . Salsa either out of a jar or just opened a can of chopped tomatoes and threw some spices in there. Way overpriced. $5 plus tax for a taco that is so thin fell apart. Huge disappointment. Service was inattentive and dismissive acted put out when we asked for fresh tortillas for the fajitas the ones they brought were cold. As I said, taco bueno or Taco Bell is 10x better unless u are just there to drink at the bar.

Came here for lunch. Huge menu with anything you could want from a Mexican restaurant. The salsa and food was great. Atmosphere was pretty good. Our server with the tattoos was very attractive too!
Great place to have lunch or dinner.. great service from our server Ricky.. our steaks ? were perfect.. definitely be back when we visit Texas again.
The food was overpriced and in small portions. Definitely nothing to brag about. Our waiter was fantastic though.
Good service, the food was delicious, and it was busy enough here on an average Saturday night!
