I had the worst experience ever! I made prior reservations months in advance to celebrate my anniversary and children's birthday. I reserved a cake prior that was not ready even though I had text messages showing. The waiter dropped water on our food and table. The table behind us was about to get in a fight and pushed the chair into our 6 year Olds chair. He started to cry. The other table started again and we had to move our son to avoid getting injured. My husband had to stand there to avoid anyone in our family getting hurt. It was so horrible!
The appetizers were acceptable. Two of us ordered chicken Parmesan for dinner. The chicken wasn’t edible. The quality of the chicken was terrible and the dish was inadequately cooked. Honestly, this was the worst restaurant meal I have had in years. I felt horrible for hours after the meal. This is a must miss
No more than an upper scale Olive Garden. Team service is not personal or is it effective or efficient. It took multiple tries to get the service I expected and the dishes were not that exciting. Too noisy and impersonal.
