It’s like living in a part of history itself as the Hotel was originally built in 1665, few years after the famous Taj Mahal ! Now endowed with all modern facilities but retaining the traditional Swiss Charm. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. The cook prepared excellent authentic Indian Food on our request. We travelled as a team and found that this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the entire duration of our stay of two weeks in Europe. Zimmer unterirdisch ..gut wir sind in der Schweiz allerdings für umgerechnet 110euro pro Nacht hätte ich wenigstens einen klodeckel erwartet. Zimmer winzig kein Fernseher und das Ambiente...siehe Fotos .Zudem wurden Fotos vom Personalausweis gemacht bis ich dann per google Übersetzer (kein englisch kein deutsch) klar gemacht hatte das die fotosbitte gelöscht werden ist einige zeit vergangen. Nie mehr dieses hotel sorry
The hotel is great place to stay and explore the real Swiss experience. Hotel's location is perfect and so are facilities provided. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The food is really good and so is the bar. Above all, it's a great place for tourists to visit. We thank the hotel staff to make our stay really memorable.
The prices are very affordable compare to others around. The staff is friendly, while rooms are very clean. I was impressed of having a great restaurant inside the hotel, plus a bar, and business corner to work remotely, or just follow up my emails. A great place to stay.

War am Sa.11.6.da,und habe eine nette Service Frau angetroffen. Sie war auch zu den anderen Gäste sehr zuvorkommend. Hatte ein Plättli mit sehrfeinen Kartoffeln gegessen. Ist Tolle Idee auf dem Holzbrett..Danke vielmals.
Service sehr nett und kompetent. Ich hatte ein sehr kleines Zimmer.Ohne Klimaanlage ist es eher schwierig sich darin aufzuhalten.Der Ventilator ist im Zustand des Zimmers.Aber er kommt mit der Temperatur nicht zurecht.
O Hotel está bem localizado, contudo acho que poderia estar mais dinamizado. O aspeto um pouco sujo dos corredores não dá a melhor imagem.
