Un cadre très chic et chaleureux, une cuisine gourmande, copieuse et savoureuse, mais les recettes restent assez basiques. Le tartare de bar était très bon, mais certains détails manquaient : les morceaux étaient peut-être un peu trop gros, ce qui apportait de la mâche au détriment d'une texture fondante en bouche. À noter que le plat m'a été refait à cause de la présence de coriandre (ma hantise). La marinade, cependant, était excellente et offrait un bon mélange avec les fruits et la saveur de la dorade.
