I made a pre-order this morning at 12:15. Since the order hadn't arrived at 12:30, I called the restaurant. Nobody picked up. I was a bit suspicious and looked at the Eat.ch app to see what was going on, since they had confirmed my order for the time being. I then saw that the restaurant canceled my order without comment and without contacting me! Thank you for leaving my children without food! I will never order from you again! A quick call would have been enough to find a second emergency solution!
I ordered kebab from M twice. The food always came on time and the food service was also very friendly. The food tastes super good. I would order again at any time.
People drive there specifically and then it's just closed. It probably says it is open on the homepage. I find something like that to be cheeky.
