I went in to pick up an order. Let the young lady know the name for the order, and she stated the order was not ready.. I waited and watched people come in and out after me. 20 to 30 mins passed. The young men behind the counter had done their job because they were cooking up every order.. However, the young lady for some reason, lied to me.. the order was ready, and she pulled it for a corner and acted as if nothing had happened with an attitude. Totally unbelievable. I never received this type of service at this establishment. Seriously disappointed.
Service was alright, but charging $18 for two burgers that consist of bread, meat, and cheese is outrageous. If you are going to advertise food to come with lettuce, tomato, and onion, maybe actually include these items on the dishes. McDonald’s would have been a better experience than this. The burgers were not good enough patties to be served naked for this cost. Bun was ok.
CAUTION! An anonymous customer informed me that the OWNER KEEPS the TIPS we give to the employees!! (Both credit card and cash in tip jar. So don’t tip if you want the tips to go to the Employees! The owner takes our tips under false pretenses and steals from employees.Except for that huge FAIL, the service is super friendly and helpful. And I enjoyed my crispy chicken.
Burger was very very good. Service was amazing but the music was super super loud and very annoying all throughout the store I couldn't even hear my conversation with my friend and I got a phone call and the caller asked if I was at a bar at 2pm lol overall it is very nice will return again and see what happens

They have the best tasting hamburgers. Cooked perfectly. And there french fries are perfect. Thery tasted good like a french frie just wish I could get my hamburger hot. Its comes warm where you still can eat it without heating it up.
Food was food. We got burgers and salads and everything was delicious. Service was quick and easy. Screen ordering or in person.Atmosphere was cute but they had the music a bit too loud later in our meal.
Beefy effin burgers and theyre dope with toppings sauce and they have gluten free buns and lettuce wrap options. Making healthy food taste this good is hard.
Routinely disappointing. The burgers get worse worse with every order. Charred AND greasy.
