This is a fantastic spot located in the heart of the Highlands. The menu offers excellent vegan options along with a wide range of other food and drink choices. Plus, children can eat for free, and dogs are welcome! There’s a cozy seating area near a wood burner inside the restaurant. Additionally, it's conveniently situated near lovely woodland walks and the Falls of Shin. The parking area even includes charging stations for electric vehicles. Right next to the restaurant, there's a nice playground equipped with swings, slides, and a climbing castle. Overall, it's a wonderful place to visit for an afternoon or evening out.
Exceptional place to visit. We were on out way to Lairg and fancied a coffee and cake. A quick Google search show this cafe on our route(ish). What a superb surprise. A bright modern complex by the Shin Falls and what a wonderful welcome. We were seated and served by the friendliest staff who made us feel very welcome. We had coffee and cake and they were both excellent. Definitely worth a visit. Judging by the size of the carpark, I imagine it may get busy in summer. Waited over 1 hour for food when restraunt not overly busy other tables getting served before us even though they came in after when food arrived the burgers were cold buns were soggy in whole not worth the wait or the money.
Kirsty and her team were fantastic! They gave us a warm welcome, the accommodations were excellent, and the food was outstanding. We're already looking forward to next year. Thank you once again!

Expensive £2 for a carton of apple juice or a can of cola) however the place and scenery is beautiful and there is a little park outside for the kids which mine absolutely loved.
I had a very disappointing experience with a male staff member during my visit on Tuesday at 2 PM. I won't be returning to this restaurant again.
Lovely place, unfortunately didn't get to see any leaping salmon. Nice cafe, bit pricey but nice for a treat.
