I am disappointed, I have already received 2 orders from them and it went really well however the 3rd one which I was supposed to receive yesterday, according to chronopost could not be delivered so I ask to be delivered the next day and the next day, I received an email telling me that I had been delivered but to another collection point. I went to pick up my order and learned that Macao had in fact refused because it was too heavy (9kg), I have back problems and frankly it's not that heavy!
