Delicious pasta. So-so pizza. Soothing Kaffee. Very good service in Italian made it more fun. Right by the Grashaus. Just what we needed when we needed it. Hungry, thirsty, needed to sit and take it all in. There are at least half a dozen places to eat right along this street. We picked it randomly and were happy with our choice. We sat outside but the inside is delightfully decorated. Check it out. Bathroom on first floor is an option if ground floor one is busy.
Delicious food (Lasagne, Ravioli di Asperagi), nice atmosphere (you can sit outside in a quiet side street), but in comparison to other restaurants in Aachen it is relatively expensive and the meals are quiet small (especially the Ravioli).
If the pasta dish with Italian truffles is on the menu, it is a must have. I dreamt about it for days to come. Great friendly and accommodating waiters, a good wine selection and excellent food. I will come here every time I visit Aachen.
