I cannot recommend this restaurant. Our group of six chose it for its convenient location near the Grand Ole Opry. Unfortunately, our dinners arrived at different times, with some of us finishing our meals before others had even received theirs. Additionally, half of the dishes needed to be sent back because they were incorrect, such as pasta instead of mashed potatoes and orzo in butter instead of pasta with tomato sauce. To make matters worse, none of us received our soups and salads before the main courses. Went on a date night on Sunday Feb. 25, our server was truly amazing. However the food was way below. We order calamari and the first order was rubbery and not cooked, the second one we picked through to find pieces to eat. We also had a spinach dip and it was cold, but at the point we were over it. Our main entrée came and my Penne Rustica was lacking sauce, the shrimp weren't all the way cooked, and the broccoli I ordered on the side was ice cold. We boxed up my food. We sat and enjoyed conversation and the Sangrias. Macaroni Grill has gone down alot.
It’s difficult to rate a restaurant that doesn’t acknowledge you after waiting for 30 minutes at the hostess station without asking if you’d like a table for dinner. After that, we moved to the bar, where we were similarly ignored for another 15 minutes. The restaurant seemed to be only 25-30% full, and there was no one else in line while we were leaving. I can't recommend any of their drinks or dishes, as we were never attended to. Parking: 2500.
The food was pretty average. Our waiter, Blake, was polite. Unfortunately, they were out of several menu items. The facility could use some cleaning as well. My wife and I ordered steak and mashed potatoes, but I don't think I'll choose this place again the next time I'm in town.

Food was mediocre, although difficult to eat on a teeter-totter for a table. The service was atrocious. The waiter was in shambles serving only 3 tables while having the temerity to complain about how little he was getting paid. Embarrassing establishment.
Generic food that tastes like a microwaved meal from the freezer section. Hadn’t been here in years. No need to ever go back. Food quality has degraded below Olive Garden.
This poor place has gone down hill in the last few years. Our food was horrible. Our server was nice enough, just not very trained at being a server.
