We've been coming to this place for over 6 years however this is the first time I am reviewing it. It used to be a friendly, well priced and enchanting traditional rustic restaurant with a wonderful terrace and good solid home food. Now is getting closer and closer to a fast food restaurant where the waiters are swept out of their feet due to the number of tables they need to cover, food appears cooked from frozen and any sign of home cooking has all but vanished. Such a shame. Although I love the place, I fear it will sink due to a lack of care.
Estuve con mis abuelos un día de diario. Nos encantó la terraza acristalada, el ambiente, el silencio, no había bullicio ni música cuando fuimos, eso nos agradó mucho. La comida riquísima, una trucha escabechada muy buena y un pollo en salsa delicioso y muy limpio. La chica que nos atendió fue muy amable. Estuvimos muy a gusto. Volveremos. We stayed in this village on route home to Axarquia. What a jewel! We walked around the village to find this resturant, and we were so pleased we found it. The degustion menu was beyond words, the service faultless and value for money was incredible. We cannot recommend highly enough. We will definitely come again. Thank you fora lovely meal and a chance to practice my Spanish!
El servicio fue un poco lento pero muy amables. La comida estaba muy buena. Pedimos cabrito y espárragos. La terraza es muy bonita. El local está limpio. La relación calidad precio está bien. Encouraged by previous reviews we expected a feast. My lamb was just tiny chops and chips. My wife's steak was indeed huge, but just with chips. Nothing exciting at all. Maybe we were unlucky, their website talks of weekly and weekend menus but none were on offer.

Hemos comido de lujo con los niños. Elena, en su primer día de trabajo nos ha atendido de forma muy profesional al y muy atenta. Cien por cien recomendable. Volveremos seguro.

Me gusta mucho este restaurante. Hacía años que no iba. Ahora han acristalado una parte de la terraza y ha sido un acierto. Carne muy rica y entorno precioso.
