A very cozy hotel with a great ambience. I had a double room for single use with a balcony and felt totally comfortable. All those who work in this hotel are friendly and accommodating. And if you have an additional wish, it will be fulfilled without a long hin and her. I booked my next stay in Mannheim again at Hotel Mack.

Small and very nice private family hotel. Had a nice newly refurbished DZ with balcony and ashtrays (for me as a smoker super: hammer good beds and extremely friendly staff. Great cereal bar for my son and fresh fruit salad for breakfast for me. Were very satisfied with everything and come back to BUGA safely in July.

The hotel has a great location and has an on-site parking for an extra fee. The man at the reception was very friendly. Unfortunately, at 7:00 a.m. a worker has refurbished the neighboring room, which was totally loud. Finally you stay at the hotel to relax.

Very friendly staff. Especially the receptionists were very helpful. Good location. Rooms were perfect: comfortable bed, clean bathroom,.... Breakfast was excellent. This hotel is only recommended in all matters. Book a table now

A wonderful hotel, centrally located, clean, warm (winter) and above all the two managing directors are fabulously friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable here. The next trip to Mannheim, just here.

Those who like it quietly and want a very rich breakfast in the morning are right at this hotel. The reception of the rooms etc... simply recommended. Mannheim destination if you need a hotel....!!!!

We were there as part of the podcast festival and were here for one night. The receptionist was absolutely friendly and accommodating. We've never slept in such comfortable beds. 100 thumbs up.

Optimum location, very friendly staff, breakfast somewhat manageable and in my eyes it was more reluctantly laid down, no fresh vegetables which was very bad. Book a table now
