Mad Mex - Fresh Mexican Grill

I do not usually get enthused about fast food, but Mad Mex was different. My Naked Vegie Burrito was good. It had brown rice and black beans and was topped with fresh salad and guacamole. I asked for the hot salsa and I was surprised to find it really was HOT. The Pacifico Mexican beer went well with it, but there should have been more of them. I agree with the other writer who said that once cold salad hit the warm rice and beans it became cool overall, but my salsa made up for that

I have been here a few times. The restaurant is usually pretty quiet, but I think it's because of the quick service. You don't have to wait a long time to get your order. They have pretty good tacos and burritos. The food is affordable, but not in a bad way - it's good value for money. I think I'm going to go get a burrito now, actually.

If you are hungry need a filling wholesome meal at an awesome price look no further. Love love love the burritos here. They are fresh, tasty and great. Place is always clean too and staff friendly. A great staple place for a quick well priced meal

Presentation skills are lacking here. My vegetarian naked burrito tasted pretty good, but cold once crunchy lettuce was plonked onto the hot elements of rice and beans resulting in a tepid pile of food. Thankfully it was filling and fine.

Mad mex is a great option on Chapel Street at an affordable price. Good menu options for all tastes.
