Quatrième visite en 4 mois et toujours aussi agréablement surpris. Il n 'y a de richesse que d 'hommes parait-il et je le vérifie à chaque fois que je me rends dans ce restaurant. Le service est agréable ! Ce qui a Paris relève aujourd 'hui de la gageure. Le service est assuré certes parfois par de jeunes professionnels (il faut bien débuter un jour) mais encadrés par des mentors expérimentés (sans être forcément beaucoup plus âgés d 'ailleurs) qui donnent ce supplément d 'âme à l 'expérience gastronomique. La nourriture est juste parfaite, il est donc difficile d 'en dire plus.
Inoubliable. C est un voyage initiatique que nous avons fait là. Nous avons tutoyé le merveilleux, et l'authentique. Quel extraordinaire séjour culinaire avons-nous passé ici. Saint-Jacques divines, côte de veau tapenade... à la folie, ile flottante qui vous emporte au-delà des rivages les plus bleus... a fairly classy restaurant, in a very lively area of the paris center. the decor is warm and the dishes are original and well executed. we had already gone there a month ago and the menu changed, offering lots of fish dishes and some meat dishes. The eggplant caviar is fantastic. The service is perfect. only flat: the wines are exaggerated.
Finally a restaurant that lives, the atmosphere is fantastic, you are welcomed there as if you have always known, what you eat there is excellent, the very nice service, the waitress smiles. A clientele who laughs and doesn't take it seriously. Drop the mussels they are divine. And to finish the rum arranged by the boss.
