My niece and I were searching for a great breakfast spot after attending a new church in a western Chicago suburb. We found Madison Park Kitchen, and I have to say… WOW. What a hidden treasure! The extensive menu had so many tempting options. I went with the Southern Benny, which included two poached eggs, pork sausage patties, and country gravy, while my niece opted for the spinach Benedict crepes. Both dishes were incredible. If you love housemade biscuits, this is definitely the place to visit. On top of that, the service was excellent, even during the busy Sunday brunch rush. We're thrilled that we finally decided to visit this place after noticing it for years! The interior has a lovely charm, the food is amazing, and the service is top-notch—all at great prices. I tried the potato pancake Benedict, and it was nearly flawless! The potato pancakes had a delightful crispiness on the outside, the Canadian bacon was smoky and tasty, the eggs were perfectly poached, and the Hollandaise sauce had just the right consistency. The side of grits was also wonderful. The cream of rice soup was incredibly comforting! We'll definitely return! Plus, street parking is free on Sundays.
We ordered a veggie panini, a breakfast confetti pancake with eggs and bacon, and the Red, White & Blue burger with fries. While the food looked appealing, I felt that the proteins were lacking in seasoning, and the starches leaned a bit too much on the sweet side. The coffee, however, was a great pick-me-up.
Overall, I felt the experience didn’t quite live up to the wait. Madison Park Kitchen is a good choice for families, as the portions are generous, but overall, our service was excellent while the food itself was somewhat underwhelming and mediocre.
The brunch at this restaurant is outstanding, featuring a wide variety of dishes that are truly enjoyable. The food is spot on for a place like this, and the cooking is quick with efficient service. However, our waitress was somewhat inattentive; she poured coffee but only filled the cup a quarter of the way and didn't clean up the spill. She did the same thing while serving our water. Despite this, I really enjoy dining here! Just be ready for a nap afterward, as the meal can be quite filling. Overall, I would give it a solid 7 out of 10.

I’m visiting from Cleveland, Ohio, and I've tried several restaurants, but this one is definitely the best I've been to! My server was incredibly nice; unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but she was very pretty with beautiful eyelashes! She worked today on July 1, 2024, at 10 AM.
The food was outstanding and came out quickly. We took advantage of the beautiful weather and had our meal outside. The waitress was very attentive and kept my coffee full, which I greatly appreciated. I really enjoy a filling breakfast with lots of coffee!
The atmosphere was amazing—very relaxed and ideal for families. The service was outstanding, and the food was right on point, arriving in just ten minutes. I truly love this restaurant!
