My wife and I decided to go to dinner Saturday night and chose Maggiano’s and we were glad we did. First of all let me say that Charles who was our waiter was awesome. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and was very engaging with a great attitude. He had us laughing and made sure that all of our questions were answered and we never had to ask for anything including refills on our beverages. The food was great as well. We started off with the sausage flatbread which was the best we ever had. My wife had the lobster carbonara and I had the gnocchi with Italian sausage. I was participating in an educational program hosted by Abbott Nutrition and let me tell you, besides the menu being absolutely superb everything tasted delicious. The wait staff was polite, proficient and extremely professional. In all my years of visiting Maggiano's, Schaumburg, I had never even walked upstairs. I was pleasantly surprised with the beauty and spaciousness and warm wood tones throughout. I can't wait to eat there again. Thank you, #Maggianos!
The entire experience was fantastic! We were seated immediately, and our server Rachel was outstanding. She provided us with plenty of recommendations for both food and drinks. The food was delicious; we ordered the Marco Special for two. Rachel made sure to check on us every time she passed by. Even the dessert was delightful! Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

We visited this restaurant for my dad's surprise 75th birthday party, and the wait staff was exceptional from beginning to end. The food was fantastic as well. Thank you for making my dad's special day even more memorable. I will definitely recommend you to everyone!
Went for Thanksgiving...it was great had more food than two people could eat. Took 3 bags home to have another meal and snacks. The waitress was very attentive and took care of us. The food was good but not really hot but understood with the amount of people.
My daughter celebrated her 17th Bday at Maggiano's and she couldn't have chose a better place. Coming from Rockford the atmosphere was gr8..service was top notch and the food was amazing!! Please give the cooks a raise� It was worth the ride there back!!!
