I took my children to Magic Grill on Monday, attracted by their promotion where kids eat free with the purchase of an adult meal when ordering a kids' meal. I did just that, but when I paid, I noticed I was charged for both. I inquired if they were still offering the Magical Monday deal, and the manager confirmed they were. I then asked if I could get a refund for the kids' meal, but was told it wasn't possible once I had already ordered and paid. This was surprising, especially since they had just refunded my sister in cash for a similar issue.

The food is enjoyable, but the prices are somewhat steep for a sandwich shop (it cost $35 for two half po'boys and fries). The staff used to be really welcoming, but the new manager was quite rude. We will never go there again!! We substituted onion rings for our fries but were charged for them. They were overcooked and burnt and inedible. We had a great time ending the year 2020, forgot to make post sooner. But better late than never. My husband said Burgers are absolutely delicious and patty melts as the best ever.. did to go order, fast friendly service. Definitely worth the price!
