My wife and I have been going quite regularly to this restaurant, as it is in my opinion, possibly the cleanest and best run Chinese restaurant in town.Meals are served quickly and efficiently, food is very good and hot , portions are adequate except for the combination meals where the portions are very small. (not worth the cost)Standard menu meals have good portions but a little pricy but worth paying for.Quiet background music nice surroundings and very pleasant helpful staff.Toilets are spotless and plenty of paper towels, soap and hot water.Keep up the good work. Will be back.
Small, flavourless deep fried appetizers. Don't think the chicken balls were homemade. If they were, they tasted leftover. Frozen mixed veggies in the rice...unreal! Egg roll had very little filling or flavour. Very bland meal overall. Can't believe all the great reviews for this place. Chicken chop suey was ok but very little if it in the combination. Never going back!
All the years back and forth to St. John's, and this was my first time eating here. The service was very fast, and the food was excellent and quite reasonably priced. My only criticism was the fact that, even though the restaurant appeared to have A/C, it wasn't on. It was in the high 20's, and way too stuffy inside.
The restaurant closes at 11:00PM but I was managed to call in around 10:30PM and got the takeout. The price is average but the amount of food is considered as large portion compare with other Chinese food outlet. Overall, ideal place for late night meal.

Smaller portions, better quality. Service was fast and efficient. Everything was just fine. It used to be quite crowded but I guess the econmy is stressed and restaurants far less busy
Excellent food & service plus parking in downtown St. John's. Fresh food & large portions. It's even better next day. It's kind of a forgotten gem in St. John's.
Never disappointing the staff are great and so is the food. Always a busy spot but usually no problem getting a table. Take out option is very popular as well.
Bland food and very little of it. I was very disappointed and will not be returning. Best part of my meal was the Mountain Dew!
