I saw on Google for Sunday roasts near me, the Magpie Combs Ford came up, we went in pub got a nice greeting from owner/staff and some locals, nice selection of beers, ales, apple wine on tap, frying come in small, medium and large, a local jokes have the big, then you don't have to eat til Tuesday. Really nice food and inviting pub. The employee on shift was friendly and had a nice chat with us. I also liked the pub decoration, and the place was clean and tidy.
Great carvery, lots of selection, and for a very reasonable price. Very polite amd attentive staff. Would definitely recommend.
