I enjoyed it more with my side order of rice than the vermicelli. Loved the beef massaman curry —rich and velvety like a mole but with a yummy curry flavor similar to Malaysian rendang. I only wish they had better quality of meat. Well, it did say beef shank but even for shank it was on the tough side. Roti was delicious. The food here is amazing! Some of the best Thai food I've ever had. The pad thai, crab curry, chive cakes, and crab fried rice were all 10/10. I don't know that I'd call the portions tapas style they were very large servings. We ordered 4 dishes between two people and could not finish everything. A couple reasons for 4/5 stars instead of 5/5: 1. the service wasnt great we didn't seem to have a specific waiter/waitress, they all seemed to share the tables so it was a bit confusing for them and us and as a result I had to ask for water several times. 2. Amazing food and friendly staff. Went there on a Sunday afternoon, had no trouble finding street parking. We didn’t have a reservation but there was ample seating at the bar and the front high tops.Everything we tried was delicious. I highly recommend the crab fried rice and the pad Thai. Both was cooked to perfection, flavorful and not spicy (per my request). I had a delicious lemonade with butterfly pea tea, it was refreshing but nothing to write home about.There was also a custardy desert and it was sweet with a bit of unexpected texture. Def will come back again for the food and to try out the cocktail menu.

We got very lucky without the reservation and able to get the seating at the bar. If you want a better seating or not sit at the bar, I recommend you make a reservation ahead but I really enjoyed sitting at the bar table. The bartender was really nice, giveus recommendations on food since we are new to the place, He also made us special drinks that was not part of the menu and nonalcoholic beverage too. Was super excited to try this spot but was met with quite poor management. I tried to change my reservation to 4 people but was told there was no space available for that only to walk in and find that the restaurant was 60% empty. I even tried cancelling the restaurant because they were unable to accommodate but was told they would have to charge me. Also the place had really loud music that made it really hard to talk with my group. Food was good, not great, but the service experience really left a sour taste in my mouth. Great place! Enjoyed my experience and would love to go back. Pros: The chive cakes were amazing!! And the drinks had very unique flavors with lots of variety. Great flavors to the food. Very kind and attentive servers. Cons: A bit pricey for theportion sizes, and the size of the restaurant is really small, so be prepared to wait (even on a week night). Also, I reallydidn’t taste much crab in my crab curry, although the curry flavor itself was great.
Without a doubt, one of the best restaurants in the area! Everything we ordered was perfect the chive cake was crunchy savory, the curry was rich and packed with flavors, the pad Thai was so incredibly tasty (especially the prawns! , we also loved thegrilled pork and chicken wings… Be sure to make a reservation!

Hip restaurant with nice ambiance. Great drinks and warm service. Small plates innovative and generally tasted good but many dishes share the same flavor. Not sure if it’s just me but most of the dishes were a tad salty, was really craving some riceto balance it out.
