Loved it! The food was delicious and very well priced. We received pappadums with tamarind chutney and mint sauce upon arrival. For entree we shared samosa, plump and juicy and just the right level of spice. For mains we had chicken rogan josh and saag lamb with naan, aloo paratha and saffron rice. We received raita at no charge. The meat was tender and the curry was flavoursome. The breads were also delicious. Our bill came to $46 for all that food-I had to check twice to make sure I hadn’t heard incorrectly! Will definitely return.
Let’s begin; Ive eaten there, I’ve order take away. I just absolutely love it here. The prices are great and the taste is superb. For take away they give you your food in plastic take away contains and then into a cardboard box, this making it recyclable and easy to carry home. Eating in the ambiance is amazing and the food is served in a traditional Indian style. The staff are also very kind and food is prepared quickly.
The service at this restaurant was exceptional and the food was fantastic, particularly the chicken korma. We were able to use our Zomato Gold membership and received free rice with our takeout order, which we would have taken advantage of if we had known. The naan and rice portions were generous and delicious. We will definitely be returning to try the fish or seafood dishes next time. Highly recommend this place.
This place is sooo good! We had never been here or had food but after all the great reviews we thought we would give it a try. We ordered delivery and it was amazing!!!! So amazing that we ordered again the next night. We tried so many dishes and they all were outstanding. Could not say enough good things about the food or our experience, so happy we found this place can’t wait to order again :

Maharani is a hidden gem on the indian restaurant scene. Upon eating here i ordered the butter chicken with naan bread and complimentary rice. The butter chicken was tasty, the bread was highquality and the complimentary rice was a nice touch. Staff are friendly too but decor and building needs to be renovated
Thé food was excellent and was a decent price . I went with a group . They gave us free Roti bread . I also ordered some garlic naan which was very nice . The staff were friendly. It was a good experience.
What a great little Indian food find in Bentleigh. For starters the service here was amazing. Great service and some really good dishes. We were surprised at how well priced the dishes were also.
Delicious food thats very reasonably priced. While it’s a bit of a wait for dine in this soon became a favourite take away place as it was great value for money and quick.
