Booked night for shisha but turned up on the day and was told it was not available (communication error of sorts) staff likely played the blame game behind the counter but perpetrator could not be fully identified but one staff member came agreesively to try and address that it was not him that gave the misinformation. Then staff played the let 's wait and see if they forget about it and keep ordering drinks if we do nothing to address it directly game (to be honest cowards way out, would have been better to just apologise and firmly say no) and then when directly questioned they finally said a firm no and offered one round of free shots instead. Overall this is anecdotal but if this is how...

great layout, spacious venue. we visited the perhaps quietest night of the year. only two other groups in the venue. we ordered both the cheese and the chocolate fondues that were in order when a bit overpriced for what they get. I thought more than just on chopped white brot for the cheesefondue mulled zider were good. after the short and slightly underwhelming experience we moved on to the city.

Terrible service. I and my four friends were sitting there for like half an hour and the waitress wouldn’t serve us. We were trying to wave her down but she was too busy dancing around and socialising With the other Staff members. Though eventually, she served us. After we asked her to.While she was serving people who came Into the bar after us.

Been since my last review and this place has changed a lot. It's gotten better and social distancing is okay, bouncers aren't great but the drinks are so good. The margarita day they did was amazing, otherwise usual days are so pricey. Pretty garden.

Found this bar online and thought it looked lovely so decided to take a walk down there. Shame it was shut and no mention of this online. Disappointed
