Booked night for shisha but turned up on the day and was told it was not available (communication error of sorts) staff likely played the blame game behind the counter but perpetrator could not be fully identified but one staff member came agreesively to try and address that it was not him that gave the misinformation. Then staff played the let 's wait and see if they forget about it and keep ordering drinks if we do nothing to address it directly game (to be honest cowards way out, would have been better to just apologise and firmly say no) and then when directly questioned they finally said a firm no and offered one round of free shots instead. I booked the cocktail making session at Mai Thai for a good friend's Hen Do after a cocktail making session at the Slug and Lettuce fell through. I ham so happy that things didn't work out with S&L as I can't imagine it coming close to the fantastic time we had here. This was so much better than I could have ever expected. Kris lead the session and was an absolute delight, keeping us entertained, laughing, and made sure everyone had a drink in front of them at all times. I honestly couldn't have asked for more from this experience, it was well worth the value of £30 a head, and would have happily paid a bit more given the service. The waiter with tatoos on his arms was too rude. While I was telling him the order he did not care about it and stopped to hear it because he preferred to speak with his friends that were there. I asked for the sisha but he didn't bring it to me, probably he forgot it or if he had brought it to me it would have been too late because they had to close at 00.00...People who have come later than me have got their orders and sisha before me. The blonde girl in front of the bar in charge of taking the customers in front of the street has been vary kind anyway.

Been since my last review and this place has changed a lot. It's gotten better and social distancing is okay, bouncers aren't great but the drinks are so good. The margarita day they did was amazing, otherwise usual days are so pricey. Pretty garden.
