We just tried this today. This is the best Thai food we have found in Bellingham. Drunken Noodles, fried rice, and Garlic noodles were excellent. They also have some unique dishes (they also have Lao dishes) that we want to go back and try asap. Very fresh and the food came out hot. Service was excellent and we met the very friendly owner who moved here from San Francisco. Give this place a try!!!
This place is a hidden gem. The other places in town which get so much business are really not worth it. I just feel like an idiot when I spend good money on such low quality food. Maikham is on another level entirely and instantly recognizable. True quality and authentic food.
we brought our daughter to dinner tonight. we had all delicious dinners! no stars for heat when they order, but they give them a dish of their own fantastic hot sauce to season their meal as hot as they want! we're coming back!
I simply love this food. It's exceptionally fresh and flavorful. Lemongrass green tea in French press is so comforting. This will be my new to-to place for Thai food.
