Main Event Suwanee

We go to this place often for family outings. That being said they do have issues, we try to be patient, knowing our kids love it and the staff is doing their best.The food is good. My girls get a pizza and we get wings or an appetizer, the pretzel is so good! We order it while we bowl. They used to have a wait staff there to take orders but not anymore. That was always nice. They used to have an attending at bowling as well to handle technical issues with bowling but not anymore. So now we order from the bar which isn't ideal but we make it work. It would be nice if we could just order on our bowling screen or something.We have had issues with the orders, just like everywhere else, they are...

Price for the laser tag is more expensive on the website without notice. The place was ransacked with disrespectful rifraff. The attendant didn’t check to see if we paid for the laser tag, and dozens of kids ran to grab the vests in front of us and the attendant never checked to see if we or anyone else paid. Several games didn’t work, and when we brought this to the attention of the staff, we had to wait in a long line to get our credits back. The staff never directed people who cut the line to the back of the line, they kept waiting on them one after another. Games were overpriced and the tickets/bonuses were minimal. This was the worst experience we’ve had at a Main Event.

I love Main Event! It's such a great spot for teens, especially with so much kids stuff being treated towards younger children. Main Event is a great option and in my opinion, better than Dave and Busters! Bowling, arcade games, laser tag, prizes, there is so much to entertain your children! It is definitely expensive though! I cannot confirm this, but it would be awesome if there was a season pass, especially during the summer, where I could bring my children on a regular basis and not pay and arm and leg each time. But it is a great place during the hot summer to bring your kids!

The food is pretty good, the prices are pretty high and the service is horrible the employees do more talking,eating and standing around than serving and cleaning. I’ve been here on two occasions both times I’ve had issues with the service I’ve had one employee use profanity around me and my three year old I’ve had to clean my own table and the server is the one who gave me wet paper towels to clean my table as I said clearly the employees are not motivated here and management is not leading your employees don’t need friends they need leaders

I'm from New Jersey so we don't have Main Event up North. Best way to describe this is Dave N Busters on crack! Everytime I visit GA I take my son here, we both love it.Food: 4/5
