It was our first time at this restaurant as we were invited for breakfast by some new friends. We had arrived first for the reservation sat at our table. Our server asked if we wanted coffee we said yes. She brought us the mugs of black coffee walked away. We had to seek her again to request some creamers which she obliged placed a few of the small disposable ones on the table. Not inna plate or anything, just scattered on the table with no where to dispose of the little plastic containers. After taking a sip of my very sub-par coffee, I noticed that the cup was not clean in fact had a lipstick imprint still on the mug. I honestly felt ill would have just complained left but we were invited...
Went there for a birthday dinner. Sat outside, no one came out, i had to go in and inform server that we were outside. So we wait, finally they come.and take drink order. Few minutes later food order was taken. Shift change, server one leaves. Server 2 was much better until i sent my steak back for being undercooked. I asked for well done and it wasnt. She actually asked me to point out where the pink was, to which surprised the hell out of the rest of the family in attendance. Portions werent that great. Barely any vegetables. Potatos were dry. Came here for weekend brunch. The portions are huge. Pretty much all options are served with a big portion of fresh fruits.Recommend the Mansion's Super Breakfast. It comes with 3 eggs of your choice, 2 very large pancakes of your choice, 2 meats of your choice, home fries and a large portion of cut fruits. Limited hot beverage selection, wished they had a bigger variety. We had Mother's day breakfast there this morning... the worst breakfast experience ever. Table was not set up, some of us got a spoon for the coffee, no spoon for Tea. Utensils were not givien when food was arrived. We had to ask for it. Tea steeped in hot tap water, not boiled water. Food came out 5 mins afted we placed the order, you can tell they pre-made everything. Toasts are cold and dried, no butter. My mom's pancake tasted like cardboard. A rotten grape on my wife's plate.....will never go back.

The entire area is a century old and takes you back into an era of leisure and comfort. Situated bang in the middle of Main Street, Markham, is the Main's Manison. It reeks of culture and age as it invites you to share its homely fare in an atmosphere of peace as you see the traffic whiz past outside. Wonderful service and a great afternoon spent. The food was wonderful and i am going to add it to my favourite places.
We dropped by for Sunday brunch. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Service was the best. The food was delicious, and the portions were generous. Definitely visit this restaurant if you fancy a sumptuous brunch.Parking: Depends on the time of day, but you usually will find parking either on the street or in the parking lot behind.
We came here for dinner the server Annie was incredible. The patio was busy but she kept us entertained! She recommended us some nice drinks and snacks and was fast with the drinks. The food was well done. Washrooms need to be redone. The server made us laugh a lot. She did well for such a busy night.
Went there yesterday. Got the good old choose a table that’s clean routine… waitress was rude and only focused on friend sitting at the bar. Ordered two separate pints of beer both flat. Food was ok until we got home both my spouse and I were sick. AVOID!

Wow loved it here! Went for Mother’s Day and my mom would like to go back for her birthday! Because she LOVED it sooooo much : huge portions, great service and provided a water bowl for my dog!
Came here for a beer after work. Half price on appetizer. I ordered calamari and blue moon pint. Average quality but a good place to relax.
