I tried Maison biscuiterie in three different alsaclenne village. Macarons were the most delicious product here, nougats were ordinary, but I didn’t taste chocolate. However I tried several another famous alsacienne patisserie. Undisputedly the best one is Maison Alsacienne de Biscuiterie. Classic macarons with Champaign and lemon , and traditional macarons with passion are my fav. Also staff was very kind in all stores.

They have delicious and fresh cookies and bretzel. If I compare the places in Strasbourg, Colmar and Obernai this is my favorite. When we turn house we will buy some cookies and bretzel for our friends. Book a table now

We bought a kouglof. He was too dry, probably not made the day. Very disappointed. Payed a little more expensive than elsewhere but quality is not there.
